Primrose Hill Booking Process...
To book the site and activities at Primrose Hill, please follow the simple process below. Please note that the only way to book the site is through the form on this page. Primrose Hill is classed by The Scout Association as a \'campsite for permit purposes\' and full information about the site, including available facilities and pricing can be found on this website. Toilets are available and freshwater standpipes are situated at convenient places around the campsite. Just so you\'re aware, demand for activities is always greatest during the summer and availability of instructors If you\'re a member of North Lincolnshire Scouts, you can check availability by accessing the bookings calendar, linked in the \'Featured Posts\' section of the North Lincs Scouts- Adult Volunteers Facebook group. For those that cannot access the calendar, you can still book, but please be aware that not all facilities you book may be available
To book the site, please follow these 2 simple steps...
Step 1:
Click the button below and fill out the form to submit your booking enquiry. Once your booking has been received, you will be notified via email that your booking is confirmed or if the site is unavailable. Please note that a small deposit is required to secure your booking.
Step 2:
Finally, click the button below to read our campsite rules. It\'s important that the leader of each group makes themselves aware of the campsite rules and is expected to ensure all members of their group operate within the rules. Don\'t forget to also explore the \'Campsite\' section of our website to discover more about the site!
Creating Block Bookings:
If you\'re creating a block booking of section meetings, just put the date for the first meeting in the term. Then, in the \'Comments\' section at the end of form, add how many weeks you\'d like to book for. (including any weeks you don\'t need because of half terms) This way, you don\'t need to create a booking for each week in the block booking.
Activity Instructors
If you already have a qualified activity instructor within your group for your booked activity (archery, air rifle shooting & tomahawk throwing) please add this to the \'Comments\' section on the booking form.
