We have received your Activity Form. Providing you have met the required ratios, your event complies with POR and you have people at the activity with the correct permits (where applicable), you can assume the form has been accepted.

As a reminder, the minimum ratios for running activities are as follows:

• 1:6 Beavers (plus the leader in charge)
• 1:8 Cubs (plus the leader in charge)
• 1:12 Scouts (plus the leader in charge)
